Terms of cancellation
Cancellations up to 48 hours in advance are free of charge. Cancellations up to 24 hours in advance may be charged 50%. For cancellations within 24 hours, we are required to charge you 100% of the treatment. Cancellations may only be made with the booking department or Badhotel reception.
