Our website is developed with software from Nedbase B.V. Personal information you provide to us in the course of our services, is shared with this party. Nedbase has access to your details to provide us with (technical) support and will never use your details for other purposes. We use Zeelandnet for our standard business email traffic. Zeelandnet has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the misuse, loss and corruption of you and your personal details wherever possible. Zeelandnet does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic with the utmost confidentiality.
Bookings system Hoteliers and Couverts
To process online reservations, we use the platforms of Hoteliers.com and Couverts. Both companies process your name, address, town, and payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. They have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal details.
General purpose of data processing
We collect and use your personal information in the provision of our services. This means that we use your details for purposes that are directly related to the services you have requested. We do not share your details with third parties other than purposes relating to bookkeeping and compliance with other administrative obligations. Third parties are bound to observe confidentiality on the basis of our contract with them, or an oath or statutory obligation.

Data collected automatically by our website are used to improve our services. These data (such as your web browser and operating system) are not personal data.
Cooperation in connection with fiscal and criminal investigation

How long is your information stored
We store your information during the time you spend at our hotel. This means that we store you guest profile until you notify us that you no longer wish to make use of our services. If you notify us to this effect, we will register this as an erasure request. Due to statutory administrative obligations, we are required to retain invoices with your (personal) data and to retain this data for the prescribed length of time. However, hotel staff will not have access to your guest profile and documents we created to supply the services you requested.
Access, amendment and right to erase data
If you have provided us with your personal details, you can send us a request asking for access, or to amend, or erase these details. If you wish to do so, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
